OZSoft provides a variety of assessment services and recommends short-term and long-term solutions. OZSoft's assessment services are designed to help clients make informed decisions regarding disaster preparedness, system failure, overall system suitability, software suitability and storage solutions. OZSoft works closely with our client's IT department and upper
management to identify potential problems, implement short term fixes when appropriate and propose long term strategies to maximize the effectiveness of the client's IT systems. Typical projects include two to four weeks of analysis. During this time OZSoft will sometimes implement short-term fixes
for critical problems. After it conducts its analysis OZSoft presents our findings to the client’s upper management and suggests long-term strategies to maximize the effectiveness of the IT system.

24x7ConsultSM & SWAT Service
OZSoft's 24x7ConsultSM service is designed to provide clients with cost effective consulting and support services on a 24-hours-a-day, 7-days-a-week remote basis.
OZSoft offers varying amounts of consulting per month so that
clients can choose a support package that matches their needs. System Workload Analysis and Tuning (SWAT) team
is designed to deal with customer emergencies by assessing IT system performance and
develop software and hardware solutions. OZSoft spends approximately two weeks analyzing our client's IT systems and implementing short-term improvements. After the two-week analysis period OZSoft works with our client's
upper management to identify long-term strategies with its Available to GrowSM IT Assessments.
